Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, the vast majority of our items are made to order, and thus we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Exception - Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lifetime Warranty

All items are guaranteed for life, for any faults resulting from the materials or workmanship, provided that the item is used in a reasonable manner for its intended purpose.

This warranty does not cover natural markings on the materials or general effects of the materials aging that do not otherwise affect functionality, or faults resulting from improper use, negligence, or accidental damage. 

If you have a fault with your item, send us a message telling us about the problem. If it falls within our warranty, send it back to us and we'll repair or replace it, free of charge.
